If a Product offered by NextGadget Store is defective, NextGadget Store supports returns and replacement within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement (based on your method of payment). If you purchase a product from a third party, such party will provide information about eligible returns.
Please contact our Customer Support prior to returning, replacing or repairing any product. You will be pre-paying all return shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping, such as DHL and FedEx, for your protection. The shipping fees should be refunded with the product refund.
*Note: you must pack your product in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the product, and missing part fees may apply.
If your order arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage by email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.
If you just unhappy and want to return a product, please send an email to our customer support team firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
